The Red Tree

The Red Tree stands in front of a mysterious residence across from Lake Willoughby in Northern Vermont. To me, the tree is reminiscent of a human standing looking out over the hillside. Its arms are spread out in an embracing gesture as if someone is coming up the walkway. Nature can suggest so much meaning to us, when we take a good look at its many facets, both physical and emotional.
