Last Dance

I found this captivating tree deep in the woods on a back road in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, twenty-five miles from the Canadian border. The dual male-female tree seems to engaged in dancing in the shaded light that filters in through the tall surrounding woods. I have painted and drawn this touching uplifting image.
